Baby Hudson

My friend, B, and her family just welcomed a beautiful baby boy into their lives on 9.3.08. He is so perfect in every way. I was so happy to finally get over and meet him on his 1 week birthday. Baby Hudson's daddy is a fireman and he was able to come home from work for a few moments so we could get some quick shots with daddy in his fireman gear. I found it only appropriate that I kick my editing into high gear so I could get these loaded today, on 9.11. Hudson, you are such a handsome little man, and I am so happy I could document your first days in life! You're going to be a heartbreaker, little H!

Baby Madelyn

From the moment C announced her pregnancy with baby #2, I was so excited for her. And then to find out she was having another girl, well, two girls are so amazing (speaking from experience). I got to meet baby Madelyn for the first time yesterday at just 6 days old, and honestly, she is one of the most beautiful babies I have ever laid eyes on and just perfect in every way. Her proud big sister was so cute giving her hugs and kisses. And destined to be a model. She let me pose her any way I wanted and barely made a peep! Here's a sneak peek for C and her newly expanded family.

I just had to post a huge congrats to my friend and fellow photographer, Alicia of Alicia C. Photography. I was so pleasantly surprised yesterday morning when I opened my email from Tot Trends Weekly to see that one of her images was chosen as the cover image! Joe's Farm with the "A" Family...

I just bought the new action set from Totally Rad Action and oh my gosh, I LOVE them! The set is called The Revenge. If you're going to buy them, definitely splurge for both sets. I use these actions more than any other set out there and I tried a LOT before settling on these. Wish I hadn't spent so much on all the others, oh well. At least I found my way to TRA!

Of course, I could be a little biased because I was testing them out on my favorite subjects, my two little girls... I still have a lot of playing to do, but here are a few of my favs so far...
